Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Immigration Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a key role in introducing our immigration services, guiding them through basic processes, and setting appointments with our expert consultants. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our leads database

Explain immigration processes and services offered by the company (training provided)

Respond to inquiries professionally and provide accurate information

Schedule follow-up calls or consultations with our immigration experts

Maintain records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM tools

Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Provide feedback to improve scripts and calling strategy

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream

Excellent communication skills in English and [insert local language, if applicable]

Confident, persuasive, and a quick learner

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or immigration consultancy is a plus
