Hiring Tellecaller For Ambala (Female)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team in Ambala. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact Potential Customers: Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing them to our products and services, and engaging them in meaningful conversations.

- Maintain Customer Database: Keep an organized record of all calls made, detailing customer interactions and any follow-up actions required.

- Provide Product Information: Explain our offerings clearly to potential customers, addressing their queries and overcoming any objections they may have.

- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and set up meetings for the sales team with interested clients, ensuring proper follow-up and confirmation.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner. Proficiency in using computers and handling customer databases will be essential. A strong ability to persuade and understand the needs of customers is expected.
