Roles & Responsibilities –
• Should dial at least 120 calls a day with a minimum 200 mins of talk time
• Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient’s requirement, assess the same and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided them from various online & offline channels like Facebook, Google ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors etc (No cold calling)
• Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from call
• Following up with the prospects as per their requested time & closing the sales within the sales cycle
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance driven competitive environment
Requirements –
• Must have min 1 year experience in Outbound sales
• Should be confident and show empathy and sympathy
• Should have good listening skills
• Multiple language will be an add on benefit
