We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic people for our Travel Sales department with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for providing clients with some of the best travel deals in the industry, while delivering the highest level of customer service.

They should have the expertise of converting the inbound calls into a confirmed sale and thus generating revenue for the company. Their profile includes assisting corporate and business client with the best routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy are the desirable characteristics.

Should be Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)

2 - 5 years Experience in outbound voice process
