Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads to position MomKidCare's services according to their need, focusing on pregnancy & post pregnancy Service solutions.

• Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about various packages, plans, and pricing options, assisting customers in making informed decisions.

• Interacting with our Service providers like - yoga experts/dieticians/lactation consultants/Nannies, etc. to assign clients and business.

• Build and maintain a strong client & customer’s details by capturing and updating relevant information during the call into the CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping for future follow-ups on time.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to provide effective solutions and excellent PRE & POST sales customer service.

• Meet individual and team sales targets, meet conversion rates, and revenue generation, while adhering to company policies and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
