• Handling all incoming calls/performing outbound calls from/ for prospective clients.
• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
• Good to handle Domestic processes.
• Maintaining the database of the customers regularly.
• Attend sales meetings, work closely with the team, and keep current with all product information, pricing, and contract terms
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
