key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in crm
handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve results
required qualifications:
high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure
basic computer skills (ms office, crm software)
