Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix site visits.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Provide details about projects, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduate or 12th Pass with good communication skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industry.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of local property market is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools).
