We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of experience in a telesales role and will be responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Outbound Calls:** Make regular calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services, ensuring effective communication to convey the benefits of what we offer.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive calling and follow-ups, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to achieve business goals.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively educate and persuade customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to improve services, assisting the company in understanding market needs and enhancing product offerings.
