desired candidate profile:

• managing the entire gamut of maintenance & operations & project management to ensure the network availability >= %

• leading the operations & maintenance team in an efficient, optimized, cost effective way, orientation towards kpi's, slas.

• managing the operations to ensure smooth and seamless maintenance of daily activities like fuel management, surveillance management, estate management etc.

• monitoring & controlling energy consumption & loss making sites to optimize the cost and maintain site stability.

• monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance

• performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of breakdowns.

• carrying out comprehensive operations & maintenance support such as provisioning, fault monitoring & handling, etc.

• leading the preparations of periodic updates on the operations of circle teams, recommending strategies and methods for interventions required to rectify/ improve quality parameters

• performing any other related duties, as required

• ensure reduction in fuel consumption by closely monitoring

• minimizing eb faults

• ensure timely escalations of issues occurring at each site

• organizing safety training for field staff

• ensure safety guideline are followed

• identifying high diesel consumption sites and their remedy action

• attending quarterly governance meeting
