Responsibilities of the candidates include:

Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support

Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention

Create policies and procedures

Plan the training and standardization of service delivery

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team

Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support

Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team
