• manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support

• resolve customer complaints brought to your attention

• create policies and procedures

• plan the training and standardization of service delivery

• manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

• identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

• conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team

• gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support
