Telecalling Executive Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller Staff member in Khagaria, India. This role is suitable for female candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, and a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers. You will introduce our products or services, explain their benefits, and engage clients effectively. Your goal will be to convert these calls into sales or leads by encouraging customers to show interest and schedule meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Making Outbound Calls**: You will reach out to existing and potential customers, providing clear information about our offerings.

2. **Engaging Customers**: Building rapport with clients through friendly and informative conversations is essential to maintain interest and promote positive experiences.

3. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately documenting call outcomes and updating customer information in the database to ensure data integrity is part of your duties.

4. **Meeting Targets**: Demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.

Required skills and expectations include excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
