· Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

· patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.

· To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.

· High school diploma, any graduate or equivalent.

· 0-6 months experience required, sales experience or tele calling experience preferred and freshers/interns are welcome

· Great interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

· Candidates should be presentable possessing strong organizational skills.

· Assisting the Front Office team.

· Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

· Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
