fixing appointment with client, determine the client requirement and maintain the database.

experience : 0 to 4 years

fresher and experience are welcome

salary : 9000 to pm.

roles & responsibilities:

? gathering the information and understand the clint needs and explaining the features and benefits of the product.

? update product knowledge and explain the same to the client in details.

? establish appointment with the client and initiate the leads as sale closure.

? accomplish organization mission as per the management needs.

required skills:

? fluent in both english & tamil language.

? should be very proficient to handle the client by phone.

? listening to the client needs.

? basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

? knowledge in excel an added advantage.

? capturing entire client information in the database

? should be capable of doing multi-tasking, if required

? easy going aptitudes, work under pressure targets oriented.
