should have good communication skills • should speak hindi fluently. ( hindi,) • inform customers about the company's products/services and offers • manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner • identify customer's needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using the dialer systems • should be able to join immediately.
