Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Tele Caller with 2-3 years of experience to contribute her services for generating leads.

Preferred Hyderabad candidates immediate joiners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound and outbound calls.

• Responsible for lead generation

• Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.

• Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

• Good knowledge of Sales.

• Responsible for achieving business targets through effective timelines.

Requirements

• The candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience in Telecalling or a related role.

• Excellent Verbal Communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a must)

• Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
