we are looking for an enthusiastic female tele caller with 2-3 years of experience to contribute her services for generating leads.

preferred hyderabad candidates immediate joiners.

roles & responsibilities

• handling inbound and outbound calls.

• responsible for lead generation

• supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.

• maintain mis reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

• good knowledge of sales.

• responsible for achieving business targets through effective timelines.

requirements

• the candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience in telecalling or a related role.

• excellent verbal communication skills. (fluency in english/hindi/telugu is a must)

• good working knowledge in ms word, ms excel & internet.

• strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
