Job Description

• make cold calls to customer - handle both outbound/inbound calls and attending queries

• provide information over telephone and mail to leads provided by the digital team.

• planning, forecasting and lining up of meetings with prospective clients for further discussions.

• identifying and calling on new leads and set up meetings

• researching the relevant clients as per business module

• planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

• preparing and configuring for business presentations

• developing sales goals

• training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills requirements:

• excellent communication skills preference for english hindi.

• telephone etiquette

• immediate joiners required

• very good convincing skills are required

• both fresher & experienced candidates can apply
