RESPONSIBILITIES OF TELECALLER

Handle Telephonic queries and document the details.

· Create sales pipe lines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets.

· Ensure Process compliance and timely reporting.

· Performing counselling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.

· Complete daily Outbound calls quota & talk time through allocated leads.

· One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.
