we are urgently hire telecallers for our immigration company

skills and responsibilities :-

making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.

handling the clients doubts and questions.

fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.

following up on the prospective clients over the phone.

studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

follow-up on the leads till registration.

attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.

excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
