*Clinic:* Visaggio Aesthetic & Skin Clinic

*Location:* HLP Galleria, Mohali

*Salary:* ₹15,000-₹17,000 per month

*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday

*Timings:* 10:00AM to PM

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and responsible *Telecaller to manage patient enquiries, follow up with leads and book appointments for our aesthetic and skin clinic.

### Key Responsibilities

* Call new leads received through Instagram, Facebook, Google and other platforms.

* Understand the patient’s concern and explain relevant clinic treatments clearly.

* Convert enquiries into consultation and treatment appointments.

* Schedule, confirm, reschedule and remind patients about appointments.

* Follow up with interested patients who have not yet booked.

* Follow up with existing patients regarding pending treatments and packages.

* Communicate with patients through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.

* Coordinate with the reception, counselor and clinic team.

* Work towards monthly appointment-booking and conversion targets.

* Ensure every patient receives a polite and professional experience.

### Candidate Requirements

* Good communication skills in *English, Hindi and Punjabi*.

* The candidate must be confident and comfortable speaking in English.

* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or appointment booking is preferred.

* Experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, healthcare centre, salon or wellness industry will be appreciated.

* Polite, patient and convincing communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.

* Ability to handle follow-ups consistently and work with targets.

* The candidate should be punctual, organised and responsible.

### Preferred Candidate

* Female candidate preferred.

* Resident of Mohali, Chandigarh or nearby areas.

* Candidates with relevant prior telecalling or clinic experience will be given preference.

### Salary

₹15,000-₹17,000 per month, depending on communication skills and previous experience.
