•Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining our products or services
• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
• Providing information about our products or services to potential customers
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Following up on leads and closing sales
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Proficient in using Ms-Office, Emailing and other telecalling tools
• High school diploma
