Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns

Providing information about our products or services to potential customers

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Following up on leads and closing sales

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Proficient in using Ms-Office, Emailing and other telecalling tools

High school diploma

Note: Office Location is Nayagaon, Kota. Preference will be given to nearby Candidates. Only Female Candidates required.
