Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in Patna. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience. As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential clients and assist them with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Calls: You will reach out to prospective customers via phone to introduce our services and gather information about their needs.

- Handling Inquiries: You will answer questions from customers, providing them with detailed information and resolving any concerns they may have.

- Lead Generation: You will identify potential leads by engaging with customers during calls and updating our database accordingly.

- Follow-up Calls: You will conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage them to consider our services.

- Maintaining Records: You will keep accurate records of calls made, interactions, and feedback received to help improve our processes.
