Telecaller - Jamshedpur

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will engage with customers over the phone, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: You will communicate with potential and existing customers, introducing them to our offerings, and answering their questions effectively.

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent support by resolving customer issues swiftly, ensuring a satisfying experience during calls.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have a graduate degree and 2-3 years of relevant telecalling experience.
