As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in our communication and customer service efforts. Your primary duty will be to engage with customers over the phone, providing information and support.

- **Handling Customer Inquiries:** Respond to questions from customers, providing clear and accurate information to ensure their needs are met.
- **Maintaining Customer Records:** Keep detailed notes of customer interactions and update records in our database.
- **Promoting Products:** Actively inform customers about ongoing promotions and offers, encouraging them to make purchases.
- **Gathering Feedback:** Collect customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
