We are Seeking a Highly Motivated and Persuasive Telecaller to Join Our Educational Institute's Admissions Team. the Primary Responsibility of this Role is to Generate Admissions Sales By Contacting Potential Students and Convincing Them to Enroll in Our Programs. the Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Leadership Abilities, and a Proven Track Record in Sales.

responsibilities:

contact Potential Students Via Phone Calls to Generate Interest in Our Educational Institute's Programs.

provide Detailed Information About Our Courses, Admission Requirements, and Benefits to Prospective Students.

use Persuasive Techniques to Convince Potential Students to Enroll in Our Programs.

maintain a High Level of Knowledge About Our Institute's Offerings, Ensuring Accurate and Up-to-date Information is Provided to Potential Students.

respond to Inquiries from Potential Students and Provide Exceptional Customer Service Throughout the Admissions Process.

collaborate with the Admissions Team to Meet Sales Targets and Contribute to the Overall Growth of the Institute.

maintain a Database of Prospective Students and Regularly Update Records with Relevant Information.

follow Up with Potential Students Who have Shown Interest But have Not Yet Enrolled, Aiming to Convert Them Into Admissions.

stay Updated with Industry Trends, Competitors, and Changes in Educational Policies to Effectively Address Potential Students' Concerns and Objections.

meet Individual and Team Sales Goals On a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Basis.

requirements:

proven Experience as a Telecaller or in a Similar Sales Role, Preferably in the Education Sector.

excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal and Written, with the Ability to Build Rapport and Engage Potential Students.

strong Leadership Skills to Guide Potential Students Through the Decision-making Process and Overcome Objections.

persuasive and Convincing Abilities to Effectively Communicate the Value and Benefits
