responsibilities:
- engage in conversations with english-speaking business customers.
- assist customers with energy billing inquiries.
- provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively. - maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

requirements:
- excellent english communication skills.
- passion for engaging in conversations and helping customers.
- ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer issues.
- basic computer skills and familiarity with crm systems is a plus.
- previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
