Telecaller Jobs For Freshers - Noida

As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. You will need to explain our offerings clearly and persuasively to generate sales leads. Additionally, you will be required to maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. As this role involves interacting with customers, strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should also be able to work well under pressure and meet targets consistently. A high school diploma or 10th pass is required for this position. Additionally, being organized and detail-oriented will help you succeed in this role. Working full-time from our office in Noida Sector 116, we are looking for a female candidate who can commit to this role long-term.
