explain bounten’s water softener products, features, and benefits clearly.
generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
maintain accurate customer details and call records in crm.
follow up on leads and ensure maximum conversions.
provide customer support and resolve queries politely and professionally.
achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
requirements
minimum qualification: intermediate/graduate.
prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
good communication skills in english, hindi, and telugu (multilingual preferred).
basic computer knowledge (ms office, crm handling).
positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections.
