Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote credit card and insurance products and services.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Persuasively communicate the benefits of our financial products and convince customers to avail the services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database with relevant information.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone manner.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and insurance policies is an advantage.

Adaptability to handle various customer scenarios and provide appropriate solutions.

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
