Job Summary / Responsibilities and Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with the customers

• Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for the information from the start to the end of the process.

• Maintain MIS Reporting

• Regular follow up calls with the clients, receive incoming calls & outgoing calls.
