RESPONSIBILITIES OF COUNSELLOR:-

Require a confident personality with good command to counsel clients.

Provide consultation for immigration, Tourist and work-related purposes with a high level of professionalism.

The Visa and Immigration Consultant must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TELECALLER:-

Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's services •

Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases
