ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inform customers about the company's visa and offers.

Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

Generate leads that develop into new customers.

Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the visa.

Gain comprehensive knowledge and clarify information wherever required.

Following up on the prospective students over the phone.

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
