Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the process or services

Answer questions about the process

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Maintain and update customer database

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully converting leads into conversion preferably over the phone

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and phone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Command over language

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
