As a Telesales Representative at Tijoree Investment Private Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers through effective telephone communication. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our investment products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in active sales conversations.

Present and explain the features and benefits of Tijoree Investment's products and services to potential clients.

Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers by actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns or questions.

Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their suitability for Tijoree Investment's offerings.

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position Tijoree Investment's products.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
