SALES EXECUTIVE - TELESALES
Candidate Profile:
• Candidate – Male (preferred) or Female
• Experience – 2 to 3 yrs minimum (selling allopathic products or good calling experience)
• Qualification – Graduate.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Acquiring generating leads from portals like Just Dial, India Mart, Pharma Khabar, etc.
 Making calls and presenting the Product and Services Offered by the Company for Distributorship/Franchisee.
 Providing details about our product range and its pricing
 Probing the customer to understand their needs.
 Convince the parties telephonically to place the order.
 Generate maximum sales irrespective to the area.
 Excellent communication skills and convincing power. Sound energetic on calls right from the 1st to the last call of the day.
 Excellent in party making and business sales generation.
 Work on Target & Incentive based System.
 Adequate knowledge regarding Company and its products.
 Generate business from new clients under PCD Pharma across India.
 Maintain Excel / ERP System database for daily recording of calls made & its outcome.
 Strong follow-up with Clients for Sales & after sales service too.
 Good knowledge of the terms & conditions for making Distributor/Franchisee Stockists.
 Reviewing Sale and Stock availability.
 Presentation and demonstration of company products by sending Product literature & Visual Aids digitally or courier if required
 Delivery of goods on payment only. No credit as of now.
 Well versed with Word, Excel & Power point.
 Good knowledge of using Digital platforms like (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
