Responsibilities :-

sting and resolution of customer complaints/Disputes

2. Providing information to customers regarding our company products

3. Lead generation and database collection

4. Monitoring sales performance

5. Closing sales deals and keep record of calls with the relevant information and interest of customer

6. Updating customer details

7. Fill daily reports, task sheet and attendance form

Monthly target - sales of minimum 15 products

Work Timing :- 10 - 6 flexible timings
