Tele Sales & Relationship Executives

Job Description

responsibilities:

1. make outbound calls to promote we hear hearing aid products.

2. understand customer needs and explain product features.

3. qualify leads, set appointments, and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

4. maintain accurate records in the company's database.

5. to implement marketing plans & strategy as instructed.

6. to create offline promotions in events, society, residential complexes, office

complexes, etc.

7. to create direct sales opportunities to end-users.

8. report daily work activities through set format.

9. to give support to business development executives.

skills required:

1. proven experience in telesales or customer service.

2. excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. proficiency in at least 2 of the 3 languages - bengali, hindi and english.

4. goal-oriented and results-driven.

5. basic computer proficiency in excel.

salary & incentives:

• monthly salary: rs. 8000/- to rs. /-

• field allowance: /- per day for any field work, . promotions in events,

society, residential complexes, office complexes, etc.

• sales incentives: handsome incentives on confirmed sales

• target incentives: incentives on monthly / quarterly / annual target achievements
