Incoming Calls:-

1. Pick Up the calls within three ring of Zomato or Google Phone.

Outgoing Calls:-

2. Call and Follow the thanksgiving pitch, sales pitch, bday and anniversary pitch.

3. Call up daily comment cards.

4. Cross check the comment card details.

5. Wishing msg to guests on WhatsApp for Birthday & Anniversaries.

6. Share all the guest reply / Suggestion to the calls in Remarks Column in front of the guest name and number with Date of calling.

7. To generate leads or referrals from the guest calling.

8. Call on all the party queries from just dial, party Karo & venue monk.

9. Birthday & Anniversary Printouts Daily Date Wise.
