Tele Counselor / Academic Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to guide students about various courses such as Hotel Management, .Ed, , Fashion Designing, Computer Courses, and other professional programs. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining course details, handling queries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Call students from provided data .

Explain course details like eligibility, duration, fees, career scope.

Follow up with interested students and parents.

Handle WhatsApp queries and basic counselling.

Build trust and guide students in selecting the right career option.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle rejection and pressure.

Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Fresher or 6 months2 years experience in tele calling / education counselling.

Female/Male both can apply.
