1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication
2. Quick learner with ability to grasp new systems and processes
3. Detail oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to customers
4. At least 2 years of experience in handling customers in both voice and non voice process
5. Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients
6. Active listening, empathy and patience wrt customer interactions
7. Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive
8. Ability to articulate in different ways
9. Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off
