3-responsibilities include making outbound calls to discuss dsa-related services, assisting clients with their questions, providing detailed explanations 4-of dsa concepts, gathering client feedback, and maintaining accurate records.
5-candidates should have a excellent verbal communication skills, and preferably, previous telecalling or customer service experience.
