The main responsibilities of a tele calling support representative may include:

Making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services

Receiving inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Providing timely and effective customer support to ensure customer satisfaction

Identifying and escalating issues to the relevant department or team as needed

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions in order to effectively promote and sell products or services

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly or monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate for a tele calling support role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. They should also be comfortable working with computer software and databases, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
