Job Responsibilities

Attending inbounds calls

should have knowledge of all financial Product . Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds etc

Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product

Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently

Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales

Query Handling & Problem solving

Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales

Education Qualification: Graduate or Above

Requirement:

Minimum 6 month of experiences require.

Excellent interpersonal & Communication skill.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Its doesn't require hard core marketing
