Tele Calling Executive

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for a calling project centered around Australia. As a team member, your primary responsibility will be to engage with Australian clients via phone calls and effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our services/products.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Australian clients based on provided leads or lists.

Introduce our services/products and articulate their value proposition clearly and persuasively.

Build rapport with potential clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Provide accurate information and assist in resolving customer issues or complaints.

Maintain detailed records of each call, including outcomes and next steps.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls made and successful conversions.

Collaborate with team members and share insights to enhance calling strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills, with a neutral or Australian-accented English proficiency.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

Ability to effectively convey product/service information and handle objections.

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity with Australian culture, business practices, and consumer preferences is advantageous.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Good organizational skills to manage call records and follow-up activities.

Availability to work during Australian business hours, adjusting for any time zone differences.
