Hiring Fresher / Telecaller / 12th Pass

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Patna. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home. Ideal candidates are freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Calls: Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our products or services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- Updating Records: Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions in our database, ensuring that information is up-to-date for future reference.

- Following Scripts: Use provided scripts to ensure consistency in communication while also being able to engage customers in meaningful dialogue.

- Handling Queries: Provide answers to customer questions and resolve any initial concerns they may have, helping to create a positive impression of our brand.

- Meeting Targets: Work towards monthly call and sales targets, demonstrating the ability to motivate oneself to achieve goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. A pleasant and friendly phone demeanor is essential in building rapport with customers. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using a call log or CRM system, will be beneficial. Candidates should be self-driven, with good time management skills, allowing for the effective organization of calls and customer follow-ups.
