**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Making Calls:** Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce and promote our products or services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- **Updating Records:** Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions in our database, ensuring that information is up-to-date for future reference.

- **Following Scripts:** Use provided scripts to ensure consistency in communication while also being able to engage customers in meaningful dialogue.

- **Handling Queries:** Provide answers to customer questions and resolve any initial concerns they may have, helping to create a positive impression of our brand.

- **Meeting Targets:** Work towards monthly call and sales targets, demonstrating the ability to motivate oneself to achieve goals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. A pleasant and friendly phone demeanor is essential in building rapport with customers. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with using a call log or CRM system, will be beneficial.
