Looking For Tele Caller

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students to discuss and promote our dance classes, including Hip Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, and Kathak. You will engage in conversations to explain the benefits of joining our dance academy and encourage admissions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our dance programs and answer their inquiries.

- Clearly explaining the different dance styles offered, highlighting unique aspects of each class to attract interest.

- Persuasively discussing the advantages of enrolling in our academy, demonstrating enthusiasm and passion for dance education.

- Documenting interactions with potential students and tracking their responses to ensure follow-up as needed.

Required skills and expectations include:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a calling or customer service role is desirable.

- A strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Excellent persuasion skills to convince leads about the value of our dance classes.

- Must be at least a 12th pass with a positive and energetic attitude, showcasing a genuine interest in dance and education.

This role is part-time and requires you to work from our office located in Mumbai, India, during standard business hours. Flexibility in scheduling may be required depending on the volume of calls.
