Key Responsibilities:

- Making Calls: Contact potential customers daily to promote our products/services and generate leads.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.

- Updating Records: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database for follow-up and analysis.

- Addressing Queries: Answer customer questions and provide information about our offerings, ensuring they have a clear understanding.

- Following Scripts: Use provided scripts to guide conversations, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and engage with customers.

- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor will help in building connections with clients.

- Basic computer skills are necessary for managing calls and updating records efficiently.

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
