We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Mumbai. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with little to no experience. As a Tele Caller, your primary role will be to communicate with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a polite and professional interaction.

- Maintain Customer Records: Document details of calls and customer interactions accurately in our database to keep track of leads and follow-ups.

- Answer Customer Queries: Address any questions or concerns from customers regarding our offerings, providing clear and helpful information.

- Follow Up on Leads: Reconnect with potential customers to encourage interest in our products, thereby increasing conversion rates.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the sales team to share valuable customer feedback and improve strategies for outreach.
