Loan Recovery / Collections Executive

📍 Location: RT Nagar, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments

• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts

• Make calls and communicate with customers regarding pending payments

• Handle customer queries and payment-related issues

• Maintain proper records of collection activities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

• Follow company policies and professional collection practices

Requirements:

• Experience in Loan Recovery / Collections preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Financial Collections preferred

*Salary Structure*

Freshers: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Team Leader (TL): ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month

*Office Timings & Working Schedule*

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Month-End Sunday: Working day, as per business requirements

Government Holidays: No leave on government holidays; employees are expected to work as per the company’s holiday schedule.
