Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and courteous Telecaller to join our Debt Recovery Collection Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients for payment follow-ups, maintaining accurate records of conversations, and ensuring professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients regarding pending dues or recoveries.

Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.

Provide accurate information to clients and resolve basic queries.

Follow up with clients as per the schedule.

Maintain a polite and professional tone in all communications.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior experience in telecalling or recovery is preferred but not mandatory.
